1
00:00:07,674 --> 00:00:08,884
(RINGING)

2
00:00:10,469 --> 00:00:12,346
Hello? Gru residence.

3
00:00:12,513 --> 00:00:13,555
(GASPS)

4
00:00:13,639 --> 00:00:16,015
It's the orphanage. Where's Mr. Gru?

5
00:00:16,350 --> 00:00:18,519
He's out getting more plutonium.

6
00:00:20,187 --> 00:00:24,149
(IMITATING GRU) Hello?
This is the Mr. Gru you are looking for.

7
00:00:24,983 --> 00:00:26,276
(IN NORMAL VOICE) Today?

8
00:00:27,069 --> 00:00:29,738
(IMITATING GRU) No, of course. That is fine.

9
00:00:30,948 --> 00:00:32,406
The social worker's coming to make sure

10
00:00:32,491 --> 00:00:34,451
-this place is suitable for children.
-(ALL GASP)

11
00:00:34,535 --> 00:00:36,495
If not, we'll be sent back to Miss Hattie's.

12
00:00:36,787 --> 00:00:39,540
Please! This house was built for kids.

13
00:00:39,581 --> 00:00:40,582
(GASPS)

14
00:00:43,210 --> 00:00:44,294
(CHUCKLES)

15
00:00:46,046 --> 00:00:47,464
Assemble the troops.

16
00:00:47,548 --> 00:00:48,590
-Yes, ma'am!
-Yes, ma'am!

17
00:00:48,674 --> 00:00:49,716
(SPEAKING GIBBERISH)

18
00:00:50,509 --> 00:00:51,718
Yeah!

19
00:00:58,141 --> 00:00:59,601
(SPEAKING GIBBERISH)

20
00:01:02,312 --> 00:01:03,313
Ah!

21
00:01:04,230 --> 00:01:05,232
(SCREAMING)

22
00:01:10,320 --> 00:01:11,321
(GRUNTS)

23
00:01:13,949 --> 00:01:14,950
Huh?

24
00:01:15,033 --> 00:01:16,034
(GROANS)

25
00:01:16,285 --> 00:01:17,369
(MUTTERING)

26
00:01:17,744 --> 00:01:18,745
(SCREAMS)

27
00:01:20,372 --> 00:01:21,373
(GROANS)

28
00:01:25,377 --> 00:01:26,545
-Hey.
-Yes.

29
00:01:29,089 --> 00:01:30,549
Hey! Okay!

30
00:01:46,940 --> 00:01:47,983
There.

31
00:01:49,109 --> 00:01:50,402
(EXCLAIMING)

32
00:01:57,034 --> 00:01:58,785
-Hey!
-Yes!

33
00:01:59,119 --> 00:02:00,287
(CAR HONKING)

34
00:02:00,621 --> 00:02:01,622
(SPEAKING GIBBERISH)

35
00:02:01,705 --> 00:02:03,165
(SHUDDERING)

36
00:02:07,127 --> 00:02:08,127
(GASPS)

37
00:02:10,506 --> 00:02:11,715
Big guy! Big guy!

38
00:02:12,382 --> 00:02:13,842
(STUTTERING) Big guy!

39
00:02:13,926 --> 00:02:16,136
But Mr. Gru's not back yet.

40
00:02:23,143 --> 00:02:25,437
MARGO: (IMITATING GRU)
You must be the social worker.

41
00:02:25,771 --> 00:02:27,731
Please, be coming in.

42
00:02:29,441 --> 00:02:30,442
(ALL SHOUT)

43
00:02:33,070 --> 00:02:34,112
Shh!

44
00:02:36,949 --> 00:02:37,950
Mmm-hmm.

45
00:02:39,201 --> 00:02:40,202
(ALL SCREAM)

46
00:02:50,337 --> 00:02:51,463
Okay.

47
00:02:53,841 --> 00:02:55,342
Interesting.

48
00:02:56,677 --> 00:02:57,678
(CHUCKLES)

49
00:02:59,263 --> 00:03:01,181
-Up there. Get up there.
-(CLEARS THROAT)

50
00:03:02,015 --> 00:03:03,684
-(BOTH CHUCKLING)
-Hmm.

51
00:03:04,226 --> 00:03:05,561
Hi.

52
00:03:06,353 --> 00:03:07,604
(BOTH GIGGLING)

53
00:03:21,952 --> 00:03:22,953
(BOTH SIGH)

54
00:03:25,539 --> 00:03:26,540
-MARGO: Uh-oh.
-(GASPS)

55
00:03:30,377 --> 00:03:32,462
(SCREAMING)

56
00:03:34,715 --> 00:03:35,716
(EXCLAIMS)

57
00:03:37,885 --> 00:03:38,886
(GASPS)

58
00:03:52,649 --> 00:03:54,318
I think he likes it.

59
00:04:33,106 --> 00:04:34,316
(HUMMING)

60
00:04:34,816 --> 00:04:36,109
(WHOOPING)

61
00:04:37,027 --> 00:04:38,237
(GRUNTING)

62
00:04:39,363 --> 00:04:40,614
Yeah!

63
00:04:41,073 --> 00:04:42,741
(ALL EXCLAIMING)

64
00:04:48,664 --> 00:04:50,332
MAN:  Hello, and congratulations

65
00:04:50,415 --> 00:04:52,835
on your new job at Gru Laboratories.

66
00:04:52,918 --> 00:04:54,378
(ALL EXCLAIMING)

67
00:04:54,461 --> 00:04:57,047
Welcome to an exciting world
of scientific discovery...

68
00:05:03,178 --> 00:05:04,847
Oh! (CHUCKLING)

69
00:05:05,973 --> 00:05:07,474
...adventure,

70
00:05:13,480 --> 00:05:15,983
and, of course, evil.

71
00:05:20,821 --> 00:05:22,406
(GUFFAWING)

72
00:05:22,531 --> 00:05:25,242
Some of you may end up
in our research department,

73
00:05:25,325 --> 00:05:28,829
where you'll spend your time
developing and testing new weapons.

74
00:05:30,289 --> 00:05:32,499
(LAUGHING)

75
00:05:32,958 --> 00:05:34,334
(YELLING)

76
00:05:34,668 --> 00:05:36,753
Others will be part of a crack team

77
00:05:36,837 --> 00:05:40,132
on call for heists and other terrible crimes.

78
00:05:40,507 --> 00:05:42,176
(EXCLAIMING)

79
00:05:44,136 --> 00:05:45,804
(EXCLAIMING)

80
00:05:47,431 --> 00:05:50,225
No matter what you do,
here at Gru Laboratories,

81
00:05:50,309 --> 00:05:52,394
we pride ourselves on safety.

82
00:05:52,477 --> 00:05:53,604
(EXPLOSION)

83
00:05:57,024 --> 00:06:00,569
If you're lucky enough
to be selected for bomb-carrying duty,

84
00:06:00,652 --> 00:06:03,614
remember that those
with the greatest potential for destruction

85
00:06:03,697 --> 00:06:04,907
-always have the right-of-way.
-(SPEAKING GIBBERISH)

86
00:06:04,990 --> 00:06:07,326
Please follow this very important protocol.

87
00:06:07,367 --> 00:06:11,038
No tripping,
no juggling of your bomb at any time.

88
00:06:11,121 --> 00:06:15,459
Just follow these simple rules,
and you've got nothing to worry about.

89
00:06:16,418 --> 00:06:19,296
Now get out there and make a difference.

90
00:06:19,838 --> 00:06:21,131
Gru Laboratories.

91
00:06:21,215 --> 00:06:24,510
We're more than just your co-workers.
We're family.

92
00:06:24,551 --> 00:06:29,389
After all, we are engineered
from the same strand of mutated DNA.

93
00:06:29,973 --> 00:06:31,099
Bravo! Bravo!

94
00:06:31,225 --> 00:06:32,392
Yeah! Yeah! Yeah!

95
00:06:32,768 --> 00:06:33,894
(WHOOPING)

96
00:06:34,520 --> 00:06:35,646
Yeah! Yeah! Yeah!

97
00:06:35,771 --> 00:06:36,897
Bravo! Bravo!

98
00:06:38,023 --> 00:06:39,441
(SPEAKING GIBBERISH)

99
00:06:41,235 --> 00:06:42,277
Ah!

100
00:06:42,402 --> 00:06:43,403
(EXCLAIMS)

101
00:06:43,487 --> 00:06:44,905
ALL: Yes, Tim!

102
00:06:48,033 --> 00:06:49,034
(WHOOPING)

103
00:06:49,076 --> 00:06:50,369
-Yeah!
-Yeah! (LAUGHING)

104
00:06:51,245 --> 00:06:52,996
(WHOOPING)

105
00:06:54,915 --> 00:06:55,958
(GRUNTING)

106
00:06:56,834 --> 00:06:59,419
(VOCALIZING)

107
00:07:01,880 --> 00:07:04,091
(SPEAKING GIBBERISH)

108
00:07:11,682 --> 00:07:13,767
No, no, no! (SPEAKING GIBBERISH) Buttface!

109
00:07:14,893 --> 00:07:16,979
-(ARGUING)
-(MINION SPEAKS GIBBERISH)

110
00:07:17,855 --> 00:07:19,314
Bomb! Bomb! Quick, quick, quick, quick.

111
00:07:19,398 --> 00:07:20,524
(RUMBLING)

112
00:07:20,607 --> 00:07:22,109
(EXCLAIMING IN FEAR)

113
00:07:30,993 --> 00:07:33,537
(SPEAKING GIBBERISH)

114
00:07:36,623 --> 00:07:39,835
(EXPLOSIONS)

115
00:07:40,210 --> 00:07:41,295
(GIGGLING)

116
00:07:42,421 --> 00:07:45,299
(SCREAMING)

117
00:07:46,967 --> 00:07:48,135
ALL: Uh-oh.

118
00:07:48,260 --> 00:07:49,303
(EXPLOSION)

119
00:08:01,481 --> 00:08:02,566
(BLOWS)

120
00:08:34,722 --> 00:08:36,015
(HUMMING)

121
00:08:37,518 --> 00:08:38,727
(WHISTLING)

122
00:08:39,520 --> 00:08:40,520
(CHUCKLING)

123
00:08:41,772 --> 00:08:43,232
(EXCLAIMING EXCITEDLY)

124
00:08:44,066 --> 00:08:45,526
No, no, no.

125
00:08:47,027 --> 00:08:49,404
(MUMBLING FRANTICALLY)

126
00:09:01,166 --> 00:09:02,417
Banana!

127
00:09:03,210 --> 00:09:04,461
Banana!

128
00:09:06,547 --> 00:09:08,006
Mmm! (CHUCKLES)

129
00:09:10,217 --> 00:09:12,219
-Banana?
-No.

130
00:09:12,636 --> 00:09:14,388
-Banana?
-No, no, no.

131
00:09:14,555 --> 00:09:15,681
Uh-uh.

132
00:09:15,722 --> 00:09:16,765
Banana.

133
00:09:18,100 --> 00:09:19,393
Banana.

134
00:09:19,726 --> 00:09:21,144
(BOTH GRUNTING)

135
00:09:23,063 --> 00:09:24,481
(SPEAKING GIBBERISH)

136
00:09:26,900 --> 00:09:27,985
-Banana!
-Banana!

137
00:09:28,068 --> 00:09:29,319
Banana!

138
00:09:29,403 --> 00:09:30,404
(ALL GRUNTING)

139
00:09:31,822 --> 00:09:32,865
Mine.

140
00:09:35,576 --> 00:09:36,994
(ALL GRUNTING)

141
00:09:46,086 --> 00:09:47,588
-(SCREAMS)
-(LAUGHING)

142
00:09:50,299 --> 00:09:51,425
(GASPS)

143
00:09:52,759 --> 00:09:53,927
(SCREAMS)

144
00:09:53,969 --> 00:09:55,262
Banana! (LAUGHS)

145
00:09:55,304 --> 00:09:56,430
(EXCLAIMS)

146
00:09:57,431 --> 00:09:58,724
Banana!

147
00:09:58,765 --> 00:09:59,808
(YELLS)

148
00:10:00,142 --> 00:10:01,476
Banana!

149
00:10:03,896 --> 00:10:05,272
Banana?

150
00:10:08,692 --> 00:10:09,776
Banana!

151
00:10:09,818 --> 00:10:10,944
(BOTH EXCLAIM)

152
00:10:10,986 --> 00:10:12,279
-Banana! Banana!
-Banana! Banana!

153
00:10:12,362 --> 00:10:13,447
(GASPS)

00:10:14,364 --> 00:10:15,574
(BOTH GRUNTING)

155
00:10:16,909 --> 00:10:18,452
(SPEAKING GIBBERISH)

156
00:10:20,829 --> 00:10:22,414
-Banana! Banana! Banana!
-Banana! Banana! Banana!

157
00:10:22,456 --> 00:10:23,624

00:10:30,506 --> 00:10:31,798
Banana.

161
00:10:32,466 --> 00:10:33,467
Hey!

162
00:10:39,097 --> 00:10:40,432
(ALL SCREAMING)
